A guided step-by-step tour, like for example Adobe does. 

How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?

I mean, I felt like an merchants already building this, it takes so much time and this was just a test. I just can imagine, the pressure to make everything perfect and the fear of doing something wrong, when your life is depending on it.

What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?

The importance of really developing the product and listening to every feedback of the customer.
